I really don't know where to begin but, this is what I can say about Donna's ability as a real estate agent. I had two transactions going on at the same time and she managed to get both of them done in a reasonable amount of time. I freely admit that patience is not my strong suit and I probably was a pain in the neck at times. That being said, Donna was not only my agent but, a pseudo social worker at the same time. Donna Fairchild was our third agent that we had worked with. The first two were never on time and we could never get them to return a phone call. They also always seemed to be showing us places that were out of our price range or not fitting our needs. I would like to take this opportunity to express the joy and gratitude my wife and I had working with Donna Fairchild. This note of appreciation is way over due. My wife and I recently relocated to this wonderful area. Donna came recommended from Citizen's Bank. I didn't know her however, I didn't know anyone here at the time except those my company recommended. I contacted Donna and from there a wonderful relationship began. She and my wife corresponded via emails and phone calls. She took the time to identify those details of a home that my wife and I were looking for. She took a blend of the country that I wanted and the closeness of a city that my wife was looking for and found us a wonderful home. She didn't stop there. She went out of her way on a number of occasions because of my work schedule and met with me at night to explain how the real estate process worked in New York. She help us get established with our utilities and other things that we had taken for granted outside this state. During our closing, Donna coordinated with our attorney to ensure that a rug and even our furniture could be delivered without interruption. She help coordinate our closing so that we could close on our house in New Jersey and travel to New York and close the same day in the afternoon. That was a lot of logistics considering how many folks are involved. Even though it wasn't a smooth transition, and it was not due to Donna by any means, she was flexible and willing to do whatever it took to get us into our home. Words can not express the gratitude and appreciation my wife and I have for Donna. I know we have some folks that will be following us in the future. I just hope she's still working in the real estate business because I will recommend her to any and all folks that I come in contact with that is looking for a good real estate worker.
